Return procedure
You must pay for the return shipment yourself and the product must be returned as much as possible in its original packaging and undamaged. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We advise you to always contact our customer service in advance .You can purchase a return label through our customer service with which you can return the package at a low cost. If you return products without contacting customer service, we will not be able to track this properly. It will then take longer and may incur more costs. So always contact customer service before returning your order.
If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments made up to that point (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from the return) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of the revoke your order from us.
Under these conditions, returns are only possible for products in standard sizes and colours. In the case of customization, you may not receive a full refund for the product. Please contact customer service.
According to the European Consumer Rights Directive, we must provide you with a model form for canceling your order. It is not mandatory to use this form, you can also let us know in another way that you want to cancel your order. You can send the form to [email protected]
